1. General Guidelines: All submitted manuscripts should contain original research not previously published and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Papers may come from any country but must be written in English. All submissions must be accompanied by abstracts of the authors' manuscripts on related subjects that are in press or under editorial review. Electronic reprints of related published papers by the authors or manuscripts in press also may be helpful to the reviewers. As a condition of publication, all authors must transfer copyright to the International Research Publication House. Manuscripts submitted under multiple authorship are reviewed on the assumption that all listed authors concur in the submission and that the final version has been seen and approved by all authors. There is a per-page charge for all published manuscripts at the rate of US$35 per page or INR 4500 per article for authors within Indian territory, all page and color fees must be paid by the authors. IRPH will consider requests for waiver of publication charges if highly recommended by Editors-in-chief to us for publication. Waiver requests must be made prior to the time the paper is accepted for publication. Page charges are mandatory, which will be invoiced, through the author, to the author's company, institute, or agency.

2. Submission: Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically to submission@irphjournals.com or irpeditor@gmail.com with mention journal title in subject line.

4. Time: Author will receive print journal copy within 15 days after payment of publication charges and submission of copyright form.

5. Publication Cost: Authors of accepted papers are requested to arrange page charges of their papers at the rate of US$35 per page or INR 4500 per article, which will be invoiced, through the author, to the author's company, institute, or agency. Publication charges are mandatory and omitted only when it will be highly recommended by Editors-in-chief to us for publication.

6. Style: Manuscripts not exceeding 25 printed pages should be attached and sent to the IRPH via e-mail irpeditor@gmail.com or submission@irphjournals.com. Use separate attached files for text, tables and figures. The manuscript should be prepared in MS-word or PDF only, double-spaced, single-sided, 12-point font, 1-inch margins all around. An un-numbered cover page should include the title and authors’ names, postal addresses, fax and email. The corresponding author should be identified with an asterisk. The following pages of the text should be numbered consecutively. Although electronic manuscript submission is preferable, submission via mail to the IRPH journal department (three hard copies and the version on diskette) is also acceptable.
Manuscripts submitted to IRPH should contain: concise and definitive title of article, authors' names, authors' institutional affiliations, abstract (300-500 words suitable for abstracting services), up to 8 key words, main text including introduction, study area, material and methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references, acknowledgments, tables (each starting with a caption and on a separate page) and figure captions on a separate page, list of symbols and abbreviations (if necessary), numbered list of references, brief biographical sketch and Original figures.

7. Title: The title should be given in English and should be short and informative.

8. Author Names and Affiliations: Author name should consist of first name, middle initial, last name. The authors’ affiliation should consist of the following, as applicable, in the order noted: University, institute, agency or company, with the relevant department and division, postal address; city, state, zip code, country, fax, and e-mail.

9. Abstract: A short abstract (300-500 words maximum) should open the paper. The purposes of an abstract are:
    (1) To give a clear indication of the objective, scope and results of the paper.
          So that readers may determine whether the full text will be of particular interest to them.
    (2) To provide key words and phrases for indexing, abstracting, and retrieval purposes.
The abstract should not attempt to condense the whole subject matter into a few words for quick reading.

10. Keywords: Should not repeat nouns used in the title and should describe the studied problem as best as possible.

11. Tables: Number tables consecutively with Arabic numeral and give each a clear descriptive caption at the top. Type them on separate pages but indicate in the margin of the manuscript where they should be placed.

12. Figures: All figures should be numbered with consecutive Arabic numbers and have descriptive captions on a separate page. They must be mentioned in the text and submitted separate. Their approximate position should be indicated in the margin of the manuscript.

13. Abbreviations: Where long words are repeated throughout the text, shortened versions or initials can be included in parentheses after the long words first appear and then only the shortened versions are to be used.

14. References: References are to be numbered and cited in the text by number. They are to be listed in the reference section of the paper in order of first citation in the text. If three or more authors have written a paper use the first author followed by "et al" in the text. References should be listed in the reference section in the following form:

The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief upon recommendation of an Associate Editor and / or an Editorial Board Member. If the manuscript is accepted for publication in IRPH, it must not be published in any periodical elsewhere without the permission of the Editor-in-Chief.

15. Special Issues: From time to time, Guest Editors are invited to produce Special Issues consisting of some articles grouped around a common theme. Proposals for Special Issues are welcome, as are Guest Editorials and Announcements.

16. Copyright: Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has been neither published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial, professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made available to the public. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of Copyright Form before publication of the work.

17. Proofs: Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned with one week of receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors; any other corrections may be charged to the authors. Authors are advised to check their proofs very carefully before return, since the inclusion of late corrections cannot be acceptable. Corrected proofs are to be returned to the publishers.

18. Plagiarism Policy: International Research Publication House does not allow any form of plagiarism. Plagiarism is considered to be a serious breach of scientific ethics by the entire scientific community. Incidents of plagiarism in a manuscript or published paper whether detected or reported, will be dealt seriously.
